In October 2007, Highways Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region appointed Meinhardt Infrastructure and Environment Ltd., under Agreement No. CE 19/2007 (HY), to provide professional services in respect of Hiram’s Highway Improvement Stage 2 – Investigation. Our project team includes professional engineers of various disciplines, landscape architects, environmental scientists, archaeologists, specialists in built heritage preservation, and planners.
